Think about the last time you made lasagna. What was the hard part?

Making noodles?

Mixing tomato sauce?

Mixing cheese?

No! The time consuming part was getting the ingredients out, putting them all away again,  and cleaning up dirty pots and counters. If that’s true, how can we harness that knowledge for our budget and our time?

OAMC.

OAMC stands for Once A Month Cooking, which teaches you how to spend one day cooking, and have the main courses for a month. It sounds impossible, but with planning, (which I’m going to do for you) it can be done! One caveat – it is very hard for the kosher cook to do one OAMC session and have both dairy and meat meals, so you may have to plan two sessions.

This “mini plan” will help you get through the busy erev Yom Tov season without breaking your budget on take-out. The plan has recipes, directions, freezing tips, and a shopping list.

Here is a link to a PDF   Mini Investment Cooking Plan Series: Dairy, or go to e-books, and view it online.

NOTE: Sorry – link was broken, fixed now! 7 pm Sunday
